Have you ever traveled to the Ilocos region, Bonnie? That's a great place to be.
  • pinoytraveller · 3 months ago
Hi Jena, yep, I was able to drive all the way to Vigan, but I didn't have a travel blog then so.... Oh well I can always go back! :)

I remember putting those cheesy mix tapes together for spring break, however when I listen to them now I think. I was a genius.
  • pinoytraveller · 3 months ago
Hahaha, I think almost everyone has gone through that 'mix tape' phase. These days they call it a playlist but it's all the same I think.

Have you heard about the Moriones Festival In Marinduque? Do you know that the provincial government has several projects related to ecotourism? www.huliq.com July 22, 2009. In addition, have you heard of Bellarocca Resort and Spa- the most luxurious and expensive resort in South East Asia? It is located in Buenavista, Marinduque.
  • pinoytraveller · 3 months ago
Hi Katague, yes I've been to Marinduque for that festival a couple of years back. Sadly this blog wasn't in existence then. Seems to me like a new visit is in order.
  • katague · 3 months ago
A lot of new things the last two years is happening in Marinduque in the field of tourism and travel . A lot of Filipino-Americans expatriates, Europeans, and Americans are settling in Marinduque in their retirement years.

I too love to travel and yes it can be monotonous at times and music certainly helps.

That's right..I always listen to my favorite songs on the way to destination. And I feel the songs can sound even better, I can enjoy them more than I usually play at home
  • pinoytraveller · 3 months ago
Amen to that. Plus, it keeps you awake! :)

    Hey there!

Great post. I found your site through EntreCard. Isn't it fantastic?

Anyway, I really like US summer songs as my road trip buddies as of late. To name a few, "The Sweet Escape" by Gwen Stefani, and "I Gotta Feeling" by The Black Eyed Peas are very appealing to road trip lovers.

Hi, a very enjoyable read. A road trip will never be the same without great music. I am heading off on my second road trip in the States soon and am already compiling great CDs to bring. The road could be very quiet otherwise / Travelbug @ http://igotthetravelbug2009.blogspot.com/
